Reflections on a new year

A new year can often be a time for reflection.

Perhaps you're a resolutions person, or an intention setter. Maybe you do nothing at all, and the concept leaves you cold. Someone I know affirms two words for themselves to take forward over the next 12 months.

For 2024, I'll be taking forward this sentence, said to me by a therapist peer:

"Articulate words and moral compass will serve you well."

I intend to sue it to hold myself accountable, checking in at regular intervals, as I embark on a liberating new life journey.

How do you reflect for a new year?
